Cancellation Policy

Sometimes there are unavoidable reasons why you need to cancel an appointment.

With at least 4 hours notice, I will be able to put the fee towards the next session.

If less or no notice is given, the appointment will incur the fee, but I will not be able to reimburse this or put it towards the next appointment due to expenses related to travel and lesson preparation.

Please contact me if you feel that late cancellation is due to exceptional circumstances.

Refund Policy

Unfortunately, I am unable to offer refunds for lessons that have been carried out.

However, it is important that we can work together to achieve the best outcome for you. I will always be open to feedback and discussion on what works well and what could be improved.
